   Installation method of lawn mower blade:

   1. There is a large nut on the blade of the lawn mower to fix the blade. When installing the blade, install it on the disc of the lawn mower and tighten the nut.

   2. After finishing, place the mower on a smooth surface and slowly pull the rope several times to make sure there is no oil in the cylinder before starting.

   3. Remove the lawn mower blade, blade block and lawn mower internal dirt and weeds, install blade block, blade and blade bolts.

   4. Firmly grasp the blade, ensure that the blade touches the blade propulsion surface. Screw blade bolts, screw torque is 50-60n-m torque.

   Note: The bolts of the blade are specially made and shall not be replaced by other. The blade rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the bottom up. Ensure that the cutting edge is in this direction when installed.

   How to replace lawn mower blade:

   1. When replacing the blade of the lawn mower, first take a positioning rod, align the small metalcover on the blade head with the positioning hole inside, and then insert the positining rod.

   2. Under the blade, there is a larger nut, which is used to fix the blade. After fixing the blade of the weeding machine, you can use a wrench matching the nut to fix the screw under the blade.

   3. When the screw fixing the blade head comes down, you can then remove the metal cover below the screw.

   4. After the metal cover is removed, you can see that there is a metal gasket below, and then remove the thicker metal gasket. When all the upper parts are removed, the blade of the lawn mower can be successfully removed.

   5. Then, the blade to be replaced is set on the spindle, and then the parts fastening the head that have just been taken off are put back again and again in reverse order. Finally, the screw is tightened, so that the head of the lawn mower can be replaced.
