    Mechanical use

    1. At the beginning of the operation, the rotary cultivator should be in a lifting state, first combined with the power output shaft, increase the speed of the cutter shaft to the rated speed, and then lower the rotary cultivator, so that the blade gradually into the soil to the required depth. It is forbidden to combine the power output shaft or sharply drop the rotary cultivator after the blade is put into the soil, so as not to cause the blade to bend or break and increase the load of the tractor.

    2. In the operation, should be as slow as possible, so as to ensure the quality of the operation, so that the soil is finely broken, and can reduce the wear and tear of parts.Should pay attention to listen to the rotary tiller whether there is noise or metal percussion sound, and observe the broken soil, tillage depth. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the operation can continue after elimination.

    3. When turning in the ground, it is forbidden to work. The rotary cultivator should be raised to make the blade leave the ground, and the accelerator of the tractor should be reduced to avoid damaging the blade. When lifting the rotary tiller, the inclination Angle of the universal joint operation should be less than 30 degrees, which will produce impact noise when it is too large, so that it will be prematurely worn or damaged.

    4. When reversing, crossing the ridge and transferring the land, the rotary cultivator should be lifted to the highest position and the power should be cut off to avoid damage to the parts. If transferred to the distance, the rotary tiller should be fixed with a locking device.

    5. After each shift, the rotary cultivator should be maintained. Clean the soil and weeds on the blade, check the fastening condition of each connection piece, add lubricating oil to each lubricating oil point, and add butter to the universal joint to prevent aggravating wear.

    Mechanical adjustment

    1. Or so level adjustment. Stop the tractor with rotary cultivator on the flat ground, lower the rotary cultivator, so that the blade distance from the ground 5cm, observe the left and right tip height from the ground is consistent, to ensure that the blade shaft level is consistent, uniform depth of cultivation.

    2. Horizontal adjustment before and after. When the rotary cultivator is reduced to the required tillage depth, observe whether the Angle between the universal joint and the rotary cultivator axis is close to the horizontal position. If the included Angle of the universal joint is too large, the upper pull rod can be adjusted to make the rotary cultivator in a horizontal position.

    3. Adjust lifting height. In rotary tillage operation, the included Angle of universal joint is not allowed to be greater than 10 degrees, nor is it allowed to be greater than 30 degrees when the ground turns. Therefore, the rotary tiller lifting, for the use of adjustable available screws in the handle at the appropriate position limit; when using height adjustment, special attention should be paid to lifting. If you need to raise the rotary tiller, the power of the universal joint should be removed.
