Configuration requirement and installation method of rotary tiller blade

      Before the operation of rotary tiller, the arrangement and installation of rotary tiller is an important work. Improper

 installation will seriously affect the quality of operation, and due to the imbalance of blade rotation, it will cause damage 

to the machine parts and increase the vibration of the unit, and it is not safe .

     In order to avoid missed tillage and blockage in the operation of the rotary tiller,and the force on the cutter shaft should be

 even,the arrangement and configuration of the rotary blade on the cutter shaft should meet the follwing requirements:

     一.Configuration requirements :

     1.Equipped with two or more blades of rotary tillage blade, the amount of soil cut should be equal to reach the best quality of crushed soil, and the bottom of the ditch should be flat after tillage.

     2. During the rotation of the cutter shaft, a rotary blade must be buried in the soil at the same phase Angle to ensure working 

stability and uniform load of the cutter shaft.

     3.For the rotary blade and of the ploughing blade,the greater the axial distance on the shaft of the blade,the better, so as to 

avoid blockage. 

     4.The left curved blade and the right curved blade as far as possible staggered arrangement, in order to make the cutter shaft

 at both ends of the bearing force balance, generally the rotary blade according to the rules of the spiral line arrangement,to pay

 attention to mke the blade in the direction of soil. 

      二.There are three installation methods of rotary tillage blade:

      1. Internal mounting method.When installing, all the rotary blade should be toward the center of the blade shaft, and the 

ground should be raised in the middle after ploughing.

     2.External mounting method:all the blades except the two outermost blades are installed outwards,and the ground is concave

 in the middle after ploudhing.

     3.Mixed installation method,the inside and outside of the rotary blade are staggered,and the surface is flat afeer ploughing.

     There are no special requirements for the insalltion of chisel blade. Chisel blade has straight hook shape, strong ability

to dig into the soil,poor performance of turning over the soil pond, and easy to tangle grass. It is suitable for the soil with 

few weeds and firm knots. It is generally installed in the blade in accordance with the spiral  line evenly arranged, with 

screws fixed on the blade seat. It is suitable for water and dry land tillage with a wide range of application. The installation 

of rotaryblade isnot correct which not only affects the quality of operation, but also affects the service life of the machine and 

tools. The installation generally has the fllowing three methods:

    1. Outwards, in addition to the two knives at both ends of the shaft to the inside of  the curve,the rest of the rotary blade are

outwards, after ploughing in the middle of a ditch, suitable for frogfarming.

    2.   To the inside, all the rotating blade to the middle of the bend, ploughing into the middle of the ridge. between the two 

adjacent travel ditch,suitable for frog-farming.

    3. Mixed installation. The left and right scimitars are staggered and symmetrically installed on the cutter shaft, but the rotary 

blade at both ends of the cutter shaft turns inward, and thesurface is flat after ploughing, which is the most common installation

method.

     Adjust the rotary tiller matching with the wheeled tractor, its tillage depth is controlled by the hydraulic system of the tractor, 

and the overall and semi-separated hydraulic system should be used to adjust the position. The separated hydraulic system USES

the locating clamp on the piston of the oil cylinder to adjust the tllage depth, the operating handle is placed in the floating position

when working, and the rear wheel of the walking tractor is changed to adjust the tllage depth during the rotary tillage. Operation 

time frame should maintain the left and right horizontal state, its horizontal adjustment through the suspension device of the left

adnd right suspender to adjust the leve.

      When the forward speed of the tractor is constant, the rotation speed of the cutter shaft is fast and the soil crushing 

performance  is good. The rotation speed of the cutter shaft is slow and the soil crushingperformance is poor. And when

the speed of the cutter shaft is certain, the tractor speed is fast, then the soil is thick, generally speaking. the speed of the 

cutter shaft is usually used in a slow speed, the soil is required to be particulary finely broken or ploughed twice, can be
