The correct use of the share plough

  ① When the machine is operating, the plow must start smoothly and cannot be operated too quickly. It is not allowed to operate too violently. When the suspension plough is transported, the lifting handle should be fixed, the limit chain should be appropriately tightened, the upper tie rod should be shortened, so that the first plough shovel is above 25cm from the ground.

  ②In normal operation, the hydraulic control handle of the plough without the automatic regulation device of ploughing depth should be placed in the floating position, not in the"pressure drop" position; according to the soil specific resistance and the surface fluctuation, the position adjustment and force adjustment control handles are selected correctly for the plough with the automatic adjustment device of ploughing depth.

  ③ Before the end of the plow is lifted,it is forbidden to turn and reverse the tractor, and it is forbidden toplow around the circle.

  ④DO not use the foot pedal or hand plling the crescent iron method of pulling plough.

       ⑤Traction ploughing operations, tractor drivers and farm implements between the hand to have a signal connection. The tractor driver should pay close attention to the working condition of the farm implements and the movement of the farm implements driver.

  ⑥When the traction operation, the farm tool hand should sit on the specified seat, the seat and pedal should be firm and reliable, and there should be no people in other parts. It is strictly prohibited to stand on the tractor or plough traction device, or jumped from his seat.

  ⑦Traction plough unit can not travel backward for a long distance. When backing up for a short distance, the rolling direction of the tall wheel must be the same as the backing square.

  ⑧The safety pin on the taction plough pull rod is only alowed to be processed and replaced with low carbon steel material, and cannot be replaced with other materials or arbitrarily changed in size.

  ⑨ When transferring the plot or transportation, the working mechanism of the plough must be lifted to the highest position to be locked, so that the farm tools are in the transportation position and the limit chain can be tightened. Remove the plough spade and grab the floor when moving long distances. No one is allowed to sit on the plough or place heavy objects on it during transportation. High speed driving and sharp turns are prohibited.

  ⑩ When replacing the plough spade or troubleshooting the plough, the tractor shall first be turned off or the hook removed. After parking, the suspension machine should land on the ground. It is not allowed to park in the suspension state frequently. There should be a safety rope between the locomotive and the traction plough,and the driver should always pay attention to the working condition of farm tools. When working near the edge of the ground, the plough should not touch the rock.
