What adjustments should be made before the disc rake operation？

    After the disc harrow is attached to the tractor,the following adjustments are usually required: 

  (1) Front and back, left and right horizontal adjustment. Length of suspension type upper pull rod and length of left and left suspension point

  (2) It is mainly adjusted by means of adjusting the joint point and the rake group deviation Angle.

  (3) Adjust the rake depth.The disc harrow mainly relies on the dead weight of the machine, and the depth of the harrow is adjusted by the deflection Angle. The depth of the harrow deepens when the deflection Angle increases; otherwise, the depth of the harrow becomes shallower. If the desired rake depth is still not achieved by adjusting the deflection Angle, it must be accomplished by increasing the counterweight.

  (4) At sign Angle adjustment. By changing the position of the beam of the rake set ralative to the joint position of the  telitostionofhtfresfhfoo Anglefthornre set and the forward direction of the rake set can be changed.
