How to use disc harrow safely？

  (1) The rise and fall of the suspension consumption should be slow and smooth. not allow too hard operation,not use human body weight to force the rake into the soil,Land transfer in operation should be slow.

  (5) In case of serious yongshi and towing pile phenomenon, the reasons should be analyzed and excluded,and forced operation is not allowed.

  (6) When the rake is close to the ground, the rake is not allowed to touch the stone ridges.

  (7) Transfer land or short distance transport, must harrow the working mechanism to the highest position tolock, so that farm tools in the transport position, tighten the limit chain. DO not sit or place heavy objects on the harrow during transit. High speed driving and sharp turns are prohibited. Long distance transport, to the harrow machine separately or the whole load transport, do not allow the harrow machine transport.

  (8) Today to replace the piece or eliminate the fault of harrow, tractor should first flout or remove the hook. 

  (9) After parking should make suspension machine and tools on the ground, do not allow often in suspension state park.
