Disc harrow

    Disc harrow is a rising star of arable land machinery, which has been widely used in most countries and regions in the world, and its evaluation is getting higher and higher. Nowadays, in many countries, the importance of the disc harrow is no less than the share plough. The reason for the rapid development and promotion of disc BA is that compared with the share plough, it requires less power, has high operating efficiency, can "replace cultivation by rice cake", saves energy, avoids overploughing the soil, and can fully mix the soil after harrowing, which can promote the activity and chemical decomposition of microorganisms in the soil. It also has the advantages of strong stubble removal ability, good soil crushing effect, small work resistance, high production efficiency, low operating cost, and good soil conservation and improving sowing quality.

    The production and use of the disc harrow in China began to develop in the early 1950s from the promotion of the power storage disc bar. In the 1960s, the production of 41 pieces of light disc bar, 20 pieces of notch disc bar and 24 pieces of offset bar were successively produced. In the 1970s, we developed disc harrow series for 18~55 kilowatt tractor, including more than ten types of traction type, suspension type and semi-suspension type.

    The disc harrow is composed of a harrow frame, a harrow group, a traction or suspension device and a deflection adjustment mechanism. In order to increase the depth of the soil, some light and small harrows are equipped with a heavy box on the harrow rack. The disc harrow used in 80's production, the weight distribution on each disc is larger, there is enough soil capacity, so there is no need to add counterweight.

    Disc cake is mainly used for breaking soil and flat land after plowing. It can also be used for stirring soil, weeding, fertilizer mixing, shallow tillage, loosening soil before sowing or in orchards, weeding, and spreading back cover seeds by aircraft. It is the most widely used of traction topsoil tillage machines.
