  The horizontal axis type:

  It has strong ability of breaking soil, and is mostly used for cultivation of shrub land, marshland and grass wasteland. The working parts include a rotary tillage blade roller and a plurality of soil cutting blades evenly arranged according to the multi-head spiral, which are driven by the tractor power output shaft through the transmission device. The rotation direction of the blade roller is usually the same as the rotation direction of the tractor wheels. The cutter cuts the soil from front to back and throws the soil blocks back and up onto the housing and dragging plate to further break them.When the blade roller is cutting and throwing the soil, the reaction force of the soil on the blade roller is helpful to push the unit forward, so the traction force required in the operation of the horizontal rotary tiller is very small, and sometimes the blade roller can even push the unit forward. The earth cutting blade can be divided into seedling - shaped blade, curved blade, rectangular blade and curved blade. Chisel knives have narrow front ends. Good soil penetration capacity, low energy consumption, but easy to tangle grass, mostly used for less weeds in the garden and courtyard. The curved edge of the scimitar has the effect of sliding cutting, and it is easy to cut off the grass root instead of winding the grass, so it is suitable for paddy farming.Right-angle knives have vertical and horizontal cutting edges, wide body, good rigidity, easy to manufacture, but poor performance in soil. The configuration mode of the last transmission device of the blade silver has two kinds: side transmission and central transmission. Side drive is mostly used for offset rotary tiller with smaller tillage. The central transmission is used for the rotary tiller with larger tillage amplitude. The machine has good symmetry and the whole machine has uniform force.   Vertical shaft:

  The working part is a rotary cultivator with 2"3 spiral cutters. During the operation, the rotary plougher rotates on a vertical axis and the cutter cuts up the soil. It is suitable for paddy field hydroploughing, with strong soil crushing and slurry function, but poor mulching performance. It is widely used in Japan.
